What should I do if I think my child has SEN?
Firstly, please don’t panic! We are here to help and reassure you. In school we have students with a wide range of needs. Students often have strengths and areas of weakness and this is normal. Helping students to feel successful as learners, and helping them to understand their own profile as a learner, sits at the heart of school ethos. It is important not to attach a label to a young person which may have impact on their self-esteem and motivation to learn.
- If you have a concern you can raise this with individual teachers either during our regular parent consultation sessions – information can be found if you follow this link here, or by contacting teachers directly by phone or email
