Anti-Bullying Award

Following our policy review we have been working towards gaining the national Anti-Bullying Alliance accreditation award which recognises the work that staff and students do to tackle bullying. We are very pleased to be able to share that we have been successful in gaining this accreditation and the school is the first and only school so far in South Gloucestershire to have been awarded this status.

We are particularly proud of the achievement of the following students who also gained a youth award for their work both in and out of the school during the last year as part of the process of producing a portfolio of evidence – well done to Lucy Gilmour, Holly Lenthall, Lauren McKenzie and Daisy Taylor who were awarded their certificates in a special Student Council assembly this week hosted by Rhiannon Prys-Owen, South West regional coordinator for the Anti- Bullying Alliance.
