Accessing Frog and Emails

We currently do not have any issues with our Frog or email systems but will post a message on the school website if the situation changes over the summer holidays.

The only planned downtime for Frog at the moment is: Thursday 24th July and Wednesday 30th July.  These will take place between 3.30 - 5.00pm in order to install updates on the server. Both updates will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

If you attempt to log into Frog during these times and have issues please wait and try again later once these updates are complete.

The email system will be uneffected by updates to the Frog server and you can access your emails without logging into Frog by going to the Frog homepage at https:// frog.bradleystokecs.org.uk and then clicking on the School Email link. (Shown below)

A new page will load up and you will need to login to your emails with your school username and password.

If however you still experience problems logging into Frog over the summer please email mark.rudman@bradleystokecs.org.uk directly with details of the problem, what internet browser and version you are using, and if possible screenshots of any error messages that are being displayed and we will investigate the issue for you.
