Change of Student email addresses


On Wednesday 3rd November students email addresses will be changed from ending,uk to


The ways in which you currently access your email (and Google Classroom) will not change, but from Thursday 4th November your email will be sent and received to and from an address.  If an email is sent to your old address it will be automatically re-routed to the new address.


What action do you need to take?


·       From Thursday 4th November, you will need to change your login username on your email.  The first part of your email address will not change.  You will need to change the second part from to  As an example, would become password will not change.

·       If you use email on a mobile device, the attached guides published by the trust will support you in changing the required settings on that device.

·       When you access Google Classroom (or other Google or Microsoft Apps linked to your school login) you will have to use your new address to access them.  This will require you re-entering the new email address i.e.

·       If you use your old e-mail address to login to other learner websites (e.g. Hegarty Maths, Seneca or Classcharts) this email change will have no impact.
