Cordon Bleu Chef in the Making!
Yesterday I went for my semi final at Le Cordon Bleu, I was given a tour and it was such an breath taking place, I have never seen such amazing kitchens!! I was interviewed by a panel of judges and I was so incredibly nervous, especially as one of them was Loic Malfait and I had to take a knowledge test as well. Today I received a phone call today saying that I am through to the finals and I am so thrilled!
