Food and Care Parcels

So far this term, we have made over 224 doorstep deliveries of food packages to our families. We would like to pass on our huge thanks to members of the Olympus community, FareShare South West, Morrisons and Asda whose generosity and support have made this possible. This scheme will continue for the period of need during the Covid-19 pandemic.

If your household would like to receive a doorstep donation of non-perishable items, please make contact with us at the following e-mail address: FoodSupport@olympustrust.co.uk. If you have already received a package and would like to receive another, please do not hesitate to send a new email message to this email address, (please include all of the information requested below). We want to make the process of requesting doorstep deliveries as easy as possible.

Your e-mail to FoodSupport@olympustrust.co.uk will be handled in a secure, discreet, supportive and personalised way. If you would like a donation delivered to your house, please e-mail the FoodSupport@olympustrust.co.uk address and include the following;

Your full name (first name, surname):

Your child’s full name (first name, surname):

Your address (please include full postcode):

Details of dietary requirements/allergies (if applicable):

Details of any specific essential items you may require (see below):

In support of your request, it is possible that a member of staff from your child’s school or Olympus Trust will make contact with you to discuss this. Whilst we are unable to deliver bespoke packages of food and supplies, we do currently have the capacity to provide targeted essential items such as sanitary products, washing powder and basic toiletries. If you would benefit from a donation of any of these items (or similar), please add written details of these in your email request.

This scheme is made possible through the fantastic support offered by everyone in our community. Should you wish to donate to the scheme, you can do so in the following ways:

ï‚· Please bring any donations of goods to the reception areas of Bradley Stoke Community School or Winterbourne Academy.

ï‚· If you would prefer to make a financial donation, either as a one off or a regular commitment, please use the bank details below: Sort code: 30-62-32 Account number: 50427460 We would be grateful if you could label as “donation” when transferring money so that we can identify the payments as they come in.
