History Club on Tour
With three of the finest members of staff, we journeyed out into the unknown hustle and bustle of London ready to soak up all the History it had to offer. Visiting the National Maritime Museum, Hampton Court Palace and the Museum of London Docklands we all gained a great deal from the trip, learning vital information for our two upcoming Summer AS exams.
We also managed to find the time for an eerie ghost walk that had the teachers quaking in their boots, a boat cruise along the Thames and a trip to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office which was truly fascinating. Although we left feeling deprived of sleep, with aching legs and sore from the cold, the trip was brilliant and an experience that none of us will forget any time soon.
